This is a tradition in our family-my dad has sang this song before the start of school since forever. I can always remember him singing this song and giving us a father's blessing before school started each year. I knew I needed to get it on video sometime, and I was glad I snapped this quick video. And yes, I did have a huge lump in my throat. My dad is such an amazing example to me and my family-I am so grateful I was sent to Earth as his daughter.
