Addison Turns 4!

Our sweet little Addison turned four this year!  We celebrated the weekend before by going to Pocatello with Grandma Baldwin, Aunt Megan Erickson, Mallory, McKenna, Aunt Marie, and Emma. We first had dinner at our beloved Butter Burr's and then went to the Mystique Theater to see the play of "Cinderella".  It was really good, and the little girls loved it!  They even brought Addison and Mallory (who celebrated her birthday on the 20th) onto the stage during intermission and sang Happy Birthday to them.  Addison looked like she couldn't decide whether to smile, cry, or throw up during her time on stage.  :)



This girl LOVES shrimp, so we had to include it in her birthday dinner of course.  She also chose BBQ Chicken and mandarin oranges-a couple other favorites.  (Mom snuck in the green beans!)



Addison was so nice to go along with mom's idea of getting snow cones as a birthday cake.  The real story behind that was I was in my first trimester of pregnancy, and even though I hadn't been super sick, I was super tired...AND HOT!  We didn't have air conditioner in our house, so the summer days tend to get very warm!  That day at two in the afternoon the temperature was already 83 degrees, and the idea of firing up the oven to bake a birthday cake about brought Mom to tears.  So thank you, Adds, for thinking mom's idea was super cool!  (no pun intended, haha!)

Damien was not able to be home for her birthday, so I wanted to make sure to catch a lot of it on video.  Addison was so excited about the make-up she got.  She spends hours and hours playing with it-putting it on Eden and Mom and dolls.  She is growing up to be such a sweet girl.  We are so blessed to have her in our lives!
