Damien had to go get his trail camera up in Swan Valley. He usually take the boys with home and goes with his dad, but since his Dad is on vacation in Mexico, I decided to take this chance and make it a whole family day. I am so glad I did! The "little" hike was a bit bigger than I had imagined. (I shouldn't have been though! Damien is a crazy hiker!) :) Korver got carried in by dad and mom and Eden surprised us all by doing pretty well on her own two little feet! Addison hiked like a pro-this ain't her first rodeo-and the boys are almost as steady as their dad. The camera had a lot of amazing pictures on it, which makes the work of it all worth it. After coming back down, we drove a little farther into Alpine, WY. We stopped at the grocery store and grabbed some fried chicken for lunch and ate in the truck while we drove back to the Resevoir to fish.

Eden got a fishing pole for her birthday back on July and we still hadn't been out to use it, so she was so excite to go! We all about does when she caught a fish with it!!! It was just a sucker, but to a little four year old who hasn't ever been before, it was the best thing to happen!

Yes, this picture is a little mean, but seriously, have you ever seen a cuter plumber? :) Also, this picture shows just how much this girl was concentrated on fishing!

Addison wanted a picture of her pretending to be "mad" that she didn't catch a fish too. She's getting good at striking a pose! :)

Daddy's girls by his side fishing

It was so pretty up there the trees were starting to change colors and the weather was pleasant. Definitely a good day!

Damien caught a really nice Cutthroat, which he threw back because they are a protected fish in the Resevoir. It was so quick we didn't get a good picture of it.

Korvs and Edes were tuckered out and quickly fell asleep. Adds really wanted some pictures of me and her in the back seat together so this is what we got. :)

It was nice to get out and enjoy the beautiful nature!
