Summer Swimming Lessons

Damien had the opportunity to travel with the Ririe High School Football team to Gold Beach, Oregon for a football camp. Since he would be gone for about nine days, I was jumping at the chance to fill my long summer days with lots of activity. We were happy to include swimming lessons into that plan. Here's a cute looking bunch: Colter, Addison, McKoy, Eden, Carter, Madi, and Gabe. The oldest four were in lessons, while the three little ones and I watched. (I babysit Madi and Gabe on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays and watched Colter everyday during the summer for the first few weeks, then just Monday thru Thursday )
Little Eden loved when her mom would set her down so she could eat rocks and try to steal other kids snacks. :)

Addison, Gabe, and our next door neighbor, Sophie had fun playing in the grass and rolling down the hills. We were glad that our good friends, Hone's and Player's, were in the same class. I am good friends with Becky Hone and Krishaun Player, so had fun chatting and laughing while we watched our kids swim.

Carter was moved up to level 3, as was his friend, Ryker Player. He liked learning to dive and learned a lot. He passed level 3!

McKoy and Colter were in level 2, and loved playing Motor Boat and diving into the pool. McKoy loved the last day of lessons when they let them all wear life jackets and do cannon balls (Koy does a mean one!) He passed level 2, as did Colter, and Madi did great in Level 1 and passed also!
